Educational Qualification:

| Cluster Coordinator | Graduation and the Post-graduation in the Rural Management/ Development/ Agri-Business Management/ Social Science. The applicant should have the 01-02 years of experience in the field of Social Mobilization/ Institutional Building and capacity building. |
| Block Program Manager-Livelihood | Postgraduation in the relevant field and 02-years of post-qualification experience of working with the community institution, their federation and producer groups of livelihood issues. |
| Block Program Manager | Graduation and post-graduation in the relevant field and experience. |
| District Program Manager | Post-graduate degree or diploma or Post-graduation in the relevant field with 05-years of relevant experience. |
