The educational qualification is the Matriculation, 10+2 and Graduation. The age limit is as per the government rules. Educational Qualification:
- Joint Director: Graduation in Electrical/ Power Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with 12-years of experience.
- Deputy Director: Graduation in Electrical/ Power Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 09-years of experience.
- Section Officer: Subordinate Accounts Service or B.Com with1st division.
- Private Secretary: The post of the private secretary shall be filled up by promotion from the personal assistant on the seniority-cum-merit basis.
- Personal Assistant: Graduation (Bachelor Degree)/ 10+2 (Vocational)/ Intermediate with 2nd Division/ Higher Secondary with 2nd Division/ Matriculation with 1st Division or equivalent qualification. The candidate should have shorthand speed of 100 words per minute in Hindi or English and transcription of the same of 20 words per minute.
- Driver: Matriculation with Hindi and Sanskrit and must be able to maintain a log book.
