Educational Qualifications:
| Assistant | At least 05 years of service as Assistant in the Department of Revenue and must be a graduate. |
| Patwari | Minimum 10 years of service as Patwari in the Department of Revenue. |
| Kanungo | Minimum 10 years of service as field Kanungo in the Department of Revenue. |
| Tehsildar | Minimum 15 years of service as Naib Tehsildar/ Tehsildar out of which 05 years of service as Tehsildar in the Department of Revenue and must be a graduate. |
