| Clerks | Graduation degree and must possess one hundred and twenty hundred and twenty hours course with hands-on experience in the use of PC and IT in office productivity applications. |
| Lineman | The applicant should possess 02-years of regular course from ITI (recognized by the government) in the Electrician trade with 02-years of apprenticeship in the Lineman Trade. |

Selection Process:
There shall be no written test or interview.
For Clerks:
- The applicant should have to qualify the Punjabi and English typewriting test at a speed of 30 wpm on the computer.
- Exemption from proficiency in the typewriting shall be granted on the basis of the certificate (issued by the competent authority).
- All the candidates shall be called for the English and Punjabi typewriting test on the computer.
- The list of selected candidates will be uploaded on the official website on a % basis (marks obtained in graduation).
